Psychiatric Rehabilitation
Solid Ground Wellness' Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) comprises goal-directed, outcome-focused, and person-centered interventions designed to assist the therapeutic process in achieving the most desirable outcomes for children and adults with specific mental health diagnoses. The goal is to introduce, strengthen and restore skills necessary to promote wellness. PRP services are designed to be a planned and integrated adjunct to outpatient mental health treatment, providing a combination of psycho-education, emotional and behavioral awareness competency, and social skills training in groups or individually, at a Solid Ground Wellness location, or in the home/community.
